EL 345

Tap a rack to open it. Hatched = seeded, not yet verified.

Tap a rack to see its full grid here.

Today

Pick a cage from the worklist and its card opens here — and stays open while you work down the list.

Genetics

Add the strains you want to make, pick two cages, then a male and a female.

Scan

Capture here; reads land below as proposals. Nothing writes without your tap.

Mouse lines

Seventeen lines · full explanations in the EL241 catalog.

Staging

Set up cages and mice here, then drag them into place. Nothing here touches a real rack slot until you drop it there.

New cage

Found a cage the seed missed, or setting one up by hand? Fill in what you know and tap Add — it lands in the tray below to drag into place.
Or a quick one-tap marker instead of filling out the form:
Ready cage = a real cage sitting there, cleaned and waiting, no animals yet. Blank slot = no cage there at all — just marking the shelf position as empty.

Recycling

Cages deleted from the room wait here. Restore puts one back; Delete for good removes it (its record stays in the log).

Sync

App trace

Every move, rename, delete, and action, oldest to newest reversed.

Bulk edit

Edit every cage at once.

Excel

One sheet, every cage, with its rack, row and column in front of the ID so it reads against the racks. Cages not in a rack are at the bottom with those columns blank. Download it, edit in Excel, then paste it back or pick the file — or Copy and paste straight in. Nothing is written until you see what changes. This sets up the whole deck from the sheet: a Cage ID not in the sheet is deleted, a new Cage ID creates a cage, and rack/row/col places it. Write "staged" in rack/row/col (or leave them blank) for a cage that has no slot, and "empty" as the Cage ID to mark a rack slot as intentionally empty.

Spreadsheet

Type straight into the grid, then Save. Changed rows highlight as you go. Placement is not here on purpose - drag cages in Staging.
